When opening the Gladly app, one of the first things you'll do is create a handle and add a profile image.
Your handle is your unique username, and it helps others find and connect with you quickly.
This guide will walk you through setting up your handle, offer some tips, and explain why it's important on Gladly.

Step 1:
1. Fill in Your Details and SaveStart the sign-up process with your first name.
2. As you enter your details, don't worry. It automatically saves your progress when you click next or do it later.

Step 2:
1. Choose Your HandleYour handle is your unique username on Gladly, so think of something you use all the time, or that reflects your personality and interests.
2. Get creative and choose a handle; we will let you know if someone else has already taken it.

Step 3:
1. Your HandleYour handle becomes part of your web-based profile, which has its unique URL, like https://gladlyapp.com/@user.
2. Remember, once you set your handle, you can't change it later, so choose something you are happy with.
3. If your need to change it, please send us a support request.

Step 4:
1. Profile ImageAlong with your handle, you can also add a profile image to make your profile stand out.
2. Your profile image helps others recognize you and makes your interactions more personal.
3. Pick a photo that truly represents you, whether a selfie, a favorite picture, or an excellent illustration.

Setting up your handle and profile image on Gladly is the first step in joining the community. Your handle is the unique username that helps others find you, and your profile image adds a personal touch. Choose a handle that suits your style and a profile image showing your true self. Remember, once you set your handle, it stays there, so make it count!

Step 1: Accessing the Survey
1. Upon receiving our introductory email about the survey, you can expect to receive a prompt push notification within a short period of time. This notification will originate from our co-founders' joint account.
2. Unlock your device and tap on it to proceed.

‍Step 2: Opening the Survey Request
1. The push notification will seamlessly lead you to the app. Once opened, you'll find yourself on the survey request screen.
2. If you are not directly taken to the survey request screen, you will be able to find the request on the “Home” page of our app.
3To continue, tap on the "Accept to earn" button. This step confirms your willingness to contribute your thoughts.

‍Step 3: Starting the Survey
1. With the survey request accepted, you can begin sharing your insights. Click on the "Start Survey" button to initiate the survey process.
2. This will direct you to the survey's main page, where your thoughts and opinions await to be shared.

‍Step 4: Navigating the Survey
1. Throughout the survey, you'll be presented with questions that reflect different aspects of your experience.
2. Navigate using the "Next" button to move forward and provide responses.
3. Upon completing the survey, a note of gratitude will appear. To officially submit the survey, kindly select the "Submit" button.

To withdraw funds from your wallet, you first need to set your bank details.Go to the menu (top right) and select Wallet. Go to the bank details section and fill in your details.  You can then click on withdrawal and enter how much you want to withdraw from your wallet.

You will see a transaction that shows up as pending. It will move to withdraw when we have finalised the transfer.
